IEEE SmartGridComm 2024 Registration Fees (all fees in USD)
For accepted papers, at least one author MUST register and pay for the overlength chargers (if any). A full registration is valid for up to 3 papers
Category 1 (Full Registration): Full Author In-Person Registration includes admission to all Workshops, Keynotes; Panel, Technical Sessions, (1) Ticket to the Conference Banquet; Online conference proceedings; Tea Breaks & Lunch on each day. Tutorials can be purchased at an additional cost. As per IEEE Policy, one registration covers up to three accepted papers. Authors need to enter their membership number and EDAS paper ID.
Category 2 (Student Registration): If you are a student presenting a paper, you MUST register for the Full conference. Student In-Person Registration includes admission to all Workshops, Keynotes; Panel, Technical Sessions, Online conference proceedings,Tea Breaks & Lunch on each day. Tickets for the Gala Dinner can be purchased separately.
Category 3 (Other Registration Types):
- Delegates interested in attending Tutorials may add tutorials on to their existing registration. If you are only interested in Tutorials, you may sign up and gain entrance to the tutorials as listed.
- Workshops are included with the Full Registration. If you are only interested in Workshops, you may sign up and gain entrance to the workshops.
